We spent Sunday afternoon at the Carl Schurz Small Dog Run, and returned home as evening fell with two very ecstatic – and very exhausted – puppies. Lucy was a little…let’s just say “wary” (she preferred to stick by mom’s side), but Virgil made about ten thousand new best friends, and even managed to sneak in a love affair or five.
