Some inspiration for this week’s meals…

Chicken Cacciatore (made it last night)

Time: 30 minutes

Pick up from the store: chicken thighs, onion, bell pepper, a can of diced tomatoes, and rice

Cheddar & Gruyere Mac ‘n’ Cheese

Time: About 50 minutes

Pick up from the store: Macaroni, big blocks of cheddar and gruyere, whole milk, bread crumbs, cherry tomatoes

Slow-Cooker Turkey Chili

Time: All day

Pick up from the store: Lean ground turkey, onion, green pepper, black beans, tomato sauce, chili seasoning

Lazy Lady Shepherd’s Pie

Time: 30 minutes

Pick up from the store: Ground beef, potatoes, mixed peas & carrots, onion

Crunchy Nutella & Peanut Butter Cinnamon Rolls

Time: A little over an hour

Pick up from the store: Assuming you have general baking stuff laying around, Nutella and peanut butter should do it

Pumpkin Roll

Time: About an hour, including cooling time

Pick up from the store: Canned pumpkin, pecans

Pot Roast

Time: About 6 hours

Pick up from the store: A big cut of meat (ask your butcher) and a bunch of vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onion, etc)
