I love love love dollar stores…and I especially love the fact that in Canada, everything in dollar stores actually costs a dollar (not so in NYC…at least in my experience). I bought the necklace pictured above, as well as a selection of fabulous candy bars.
My top picks for buy-it-in-Canada candy:
1. Aero: comparably boring, maybe, but unbeatable texture.
2. Coffee Crisp: love peeling them apart layer-by-layer; sheer perfection.
3. Crispy Crunch: my mom’s favorite; kind of like Butterfinger squared.
