Hi Jordan,

Just wanted to thank you for your super simple Linguini Carbonara recipe. I am far from a cook (I tend to eat scrambled eggs and yogurt),  but my romantic friend (a very picky eater) just returned from Iraq and I wanted to make something special for Valentines Day.

It was the perfect dinner, he  loved it.
