Seared sea scallops

OK, let’s talk about the food we had last night at Dos Caminos. My goodness, was it delicious. 

Some things that made us particularly happy:

– Guacamole, which comes in three different degrees of spiciness.

– MargarEVEas made with chocolate-infused tequila, muddled tangerines & agave.

– Trio of ceviches (the tuna ceviche is the obvious winner, followed by the yellowtail…the salmon is kinda meh).

– Cazuela de Queso Fundido: OH MY GOD GOOD. A huge pot of melty cheese served with chorizo and fingerling potatoes for dippin’. 

– Seared sea scallops served with coconut jasmine rice and grapefruit. I was too full by this point to eat much of them, but am very sad about this fact.
