Chatting with Epicurious.com Editor-in-Chief Tanya Wenman Steel at the Ultimate NYC Lunch Break event. We got to talking about Indian food, and I confessed that while Kendrick really loves it, I’m a little intimidated by the idea of cooking Indian. She assured me that Epicurious has plenty of easy Indian recipes…so I think I might try one this weekend. Any suggestions for what I should try to make? Dishes that don’t require twenty trips to various obscure supermarkets are preferred.
