One quick trip to the grocery store for a pie crust, ten minutes or so of "cooking" (not really cooking)...and I was done.
I am weirdly, persistently bad at making chocolate chip cookies.
Sorbet cups are easy (all you need is some fresh fruit and fancy-ish - but store-bought - sorbet), impressive-looking, and go great with any light summer dinner.
