I’ve said before that I have a pretty cluttered beauty cabinet…and here’s the hard evidence.
That is a lot of products.
And the truth is that I’ve used most of them at least once – I write about beauty a lot on RG (and elsewhere), and really do try to take as many products as I possibly can for a spin so that I’m reasonably well-versed in what’s out there and reasonably capable of making decently informed comparisons between brands.

Thank you so much for all your suggestions re: what to do with the wall color for the nursery (which I guess should now officially be called a "Little Boy's Room"). I ended up deciding on a grey, but went for one with blue undertones to make it feel a little brighter.
I love it. (I think Indy loves it, too.)
There is a time to say goodbye to everything, and last weekend it was time to say goodbye to the crib. I held off for a little longer than we probably should have mostly because something about this made me so emotional: I remember, weeks before our son arrived, Kendrick and I standing over the empty crib and staring down at the mattress and just not being able to believe that very soon there'd be a person (albeit a very tiny one) right there in the middle of it all.
And now he's growing up and taking steps towards independence, and it's exciting and I love it, and it also makes me...not sad, just...
you know.
So this - my office, which never really gets used because let's be honest: my office is the dining room table - is the room that will have to be the nursery. I say "have to be" because...well, it's the only unoccupied room in our house other than the attic and the basement, neither of which seem especially infant-appropriate.
