Alright, I think this is so cool: over on Paperfashion.net, Katie shares the process of creating the Ramshackle Glam book cover. I had no idea what went into the illustrations (and, honestly, probably wouldn’t have caught the “maybe not the best idea to show a pair of shoes sitting in a handbag right next to a baby bottle” thing myself), so this was a really fun read for me. P.S. You can check out a preview of the book and pre-order it here, and see the trailer here.

This article by the Duke University student who also works as a porn star and who firmly believes that the problem is not the sex industry, but rather the prevailing attitude towards the women who work in it is phenomenal and thought-provoking and a must-read.

Unique and wonderful tattoo inspiration (I’m loving that rainbow heart as inspiration for my next – post-pregnancy, obviously – tattoo) from Gala.

This Minimale Animale one-piece bathing suit takes cutouts to the next level…but somehow manages to still look chic and classic. Huh.

My friend Jenn Falik recently featured these crazy and amazing leather arm-cover things on her blog. They are so weird, and so cool, and I think I need to try them.

I’ll be speaking on a breastfeeding panel for MomTrends and Munchkin this Thursday; if you’re in the city and interested in attending (the event also features the launch of two new lines from Munchkin and fun baby-friendly activities), click here for more info.

In no way do I think that it is a good idea to spend a hundred dollars on baby clothing. But if I did, this would be in the mail on its way to me right now.

Wonderful post from Rebecca at Mommy Ever After about her struggles with peri- and post-partum depression.

Massive display of LEGO art in NYC. Cool.

Completely unsurprisingly, I love about 90% of the Top 10 Looks Drew Barrymore Has Worn That Have Pissed People Off (and concur with the author’s thesis that people haven’t liked these looks mostly because Drew is curvy as opposed to A Model, and that is ludicrous).

Victoriana, the film directed by Jadrien Steele that I shot a small part in awhile back (that’s me on the right; the trailer is here), is premiering at Cinequest in San Jose March 6-16. If you’re in the area and get a chance to check it out, be sure to let me know!

If you buy one pair of sandals this spring, may I suggest these? (They’re less than $60.)

10 Unsolved Mysteries from History. Fun way to spend ten minutes and give yourself some chills.

PHENOMENAL, Spring-perfect camo jeans for just $35. Why not?
