I’ll have to investigate the issue by picking up a pair of these shoes and seeing if they replace my beloved animal-print pony hair. I will report back.
Seriously, this one isn’t even really a “lust” or “less”; it’s so obvious: those Gianvito Rossi pumps and those Cameron Silver for Nine West heels might as well be identical, as far as I’m concerned…and while price can sometimes make a difference in terms of how a shoe feels and wears over time, I’ve been consistently impressed by the quality and comfort of Nine West’s pumps (especially over the last two years or so, when something apparently happened at the brand that took it from “kind of boring everyday footwear” to “acceptable stand-in for Jimmy Choos, except one-eightieth of the price”). Besides, if you’re only paying $99 for a pair of shoes you’ll wear all the time (and with everything), you can also get these (rrr).
