Valentine’s Day Gifts For Him

1. This is a cool wallet. I know, you can’t really see it in that picture, but I chose it because I also wanted to show you the very cool grey felt packaging. You can check out lots more pictures of the ultra-thin, perforated Loungemaster by J. Fold on OpenSky, a great site that helps you choose products based on the recommendations of your favorite celebs (the wallet is one of Bradley Bayou’s picks).

2. Summer’s a’coming (sorta), and the Kodak PLAYFULL Waterproof Video Camera ($99.95) is perfect for by-the-beach or by-the-pool antics. It is tiny. Like, almost credit card-tiny. And comes equipped with both a Share button and a pop-out USB, so e-mailing and uploading your videos is seriously simple stuff.

3. If you have an extra grand or so laying around to drop on your love, it doesn’t get much cooler than the Barky Turntable. I mean, look at it.

4. But if you’re a sane person and think that $1300 for a record player is a bit much, try the Crosley Keepsake USB Turntable ($118), which is awesomely retro-looking and both plays vinyls and converts them to CDs for easy storage.

5. If your guy is the jewelry-wearing type, I love this Scosha Twisted Nail Bracelet ($145). And I love a man who knows how to wear a touch of jewelry.

6. Beerjobber.com delivers craft beers that may be unavailable locally straight from the brewery to your door. The site’s still in Beta mode until Feb 13, but to check out an advance preview use code HOLIDAYBETA11; if you buy for Valentine’s Day, the gift recipient will receive an e-mail that their beer is on its way.

7. Urbanears headphones ($60) have a classic look, are available in tons of different colors (I like Cobalt and Dark Grey), and fold down to the size of your fist for maximum portability.

8. For the cufflinks-wearer with a sense of humor (or style), these Hunter & Hunted links ($120) are just perfect.

9. Now this is a cool watch. The Brera Orologi Supersportivo (approx. $700) is definitely not cheap, but if you’re in the market for a splurgeworthy watch this one (with a stainless steel case, triple-layer dial with brushed steel accents, and vulcanized rubber strap) is the way to roll.

10. A watch that’s a bit more of a “steal”: the simple, retro Mondaine Swiss Railway ($175), which features a bold look and polished stainless-steel case.

11. Kendrick gave this Hurley vest ($65) his stamp of approval. I agree; the thing is just sort of sexy.

12. If you’re in the mood to go the cologne route, you can’t go wrong with the fresh, classic Colonia Eau De Cologne from Acqua di Parma ($118). And the unisex fragrance, with notes of Sicilian lemons, lavender, and cedar will smell delicious on you, too, if a scent-sharing is your style.
