Red Wine Jell-O

Refined? Not so much. But fun! And delicious.

To make your own: pour 1/4 cup cold water, 2 packages unflavored gelatin, 1 tbsp lemon zest, and 3 cups of red wine into a pot and simmer until the gelatin dissolves. Pour into wine glasses (or shot glasses) and let set; top with whipped cream.
