A few weeks ago Kendrick brought me home this 4-disc compilation, Love Songs From WWII, which he found at a thrift store on 2nd but can apparently be purchased on Amazon. It includes original recordings by Ella Fitzgerald, Glenn Miller, and Marlene Dietrich, and now it’s all we listen to on lazy weekend mornings.
