Try This Tuesday / Lavender Tea

I love applying lavender products to my face, hair, and body – lavender water is a daily staple for me – and recently discovered lavender tea, which has the same lovely, soothing effect, and is a perfect way to wind down at the end of the evening.

All you do? Just put a handful of lavender (and some mint leaves, if desired) into a pot of boiling water, steep for about ten minutes, and then strain into a (preferably vintage and floral) teacup. You can also serve over ice, garnished with a fresh lavender stem and some mint, as pictured on the left.
