Candied Asparagus

What you need:

1 lb. asparagus, rinsed and trimmed (just cut off ends where the asparagus bends naturally)

Olive oil

Good-quality balsamic vinegar

What you do:

1. Spread asparagus on baking sheet in a single layer.

2. Drizzle over a little olive oil and a lot of balsamic vinegar and roast at 350F for 20 minutes.

The balsamic will sweeten the asparagus as it cooks. So delicious!
